4 Girls, 3 Days, 2 Cities, 1 Chance..

Last night I watched a film called 4.3.2.1, I came across it in Tescos a while back and was interested in it but never really got round to watching it.

The film is directed by Noel Clarke, the director that brought us Kidulthood and Adulthood.

The film is made in that multiple views of the same timeline kinda way (think Vantage Point or The Air I Breathe) which has to currently be my best format of film.

You quickly get to learn the basic events in the first iteration of the 4 girls story, but it gets more and more interesting as the other ones come into play.

I’m not going to go into the details (that is what imdb is for) so I’m just here to point you in the direction of it and hope you at least consider it.

It also has a few people I didn’t expect to see in it:

  • Michelle Ryan (Zoe Slater from Eastenders) Hubba hubba.
  • Eve plays the typical gangster bitch when one of the girls takes a trip to New York.
  • Plan B sneaks in as a disgruntled Ex-boyfriend.

The film has been hit hard by the reviewers, and admittedly it isn’t a deep or complex film, but I like what I like, and I liked this.

  1. Hmmm. Mostly I don’t think I like same timeline films, but haven’t seen one for a while.
Mind you, from what I have seen of Vantage Point (snippets on a plane) I was intrigued by the idea and (being me) the technical challenges in filming.

  2. I wanted to see this so can i borrow it please oh and also Shank my copy doesnt work. Noel Clark is good
